Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm seeks an HR Officer to manage payroll, compliance, and recruitment processes. The role demands a strong understanding of Singapore labor laws and previous payroll experience, offering a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

  • Degree in HR/Accounting or related field is essential.
  • Knowledge of Singapore Labor Laws (EA, WICA) is important.
  • Prior Payroll experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end HR functions including Payroll and Recruitment.
  • Ensure compliance with Employment Act, WICA, and MOM regulations.
  • Maintain HR Database and Employee Records.

HR Officer

  • Ang Mo Kio
  • S$ 2.5 - 3K
  • Mon - Fri (9am to 6pm)

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end HR functions: Payroll, CPF, Work permits, Leave management, IR8A/I R21 filing
Recruitment (job postings, interviews, onboarding) & Work Pass Administration (application/renewal)
Ensure compliance with Employment Act, WICA, and MOM regulations
Maintain HR Database, Employee Records, and Company Insurance (renewals/claims)
Advise on HR Policies and ensure Timely & Accurate Payroll Processing (Infotech system knowledge a plus)

Requirements:
Degree in HR/ Accounting or related field
Knowledge of Singapore Labor Laws (EA, WICA)
Prior Payroll experience preferred
