Our client, a primary healthcare institution in Singapore is currently seeking candidates to join them as a HR Officer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding processes

  • Maintain personnel records and HRIS data

  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team

  • Support performance management processes

  • Handle employee relations inquiries

  • Coordinate staff welfare activities

  • Other HR related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field

  • 2-4 years of experience in HR processes including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and procedures

  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
