Job description

What you'll be doing

  1. Payroll Management

Administer monthly payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness

Ensure compliance with CPF, IRAS, and MOM regulations

Handle salary adjustments, overtime calculations, and statutory contributions

  1. Government Grants & Claims

Apply for and monitor grants such as NS Claims, Maternity/Childcare Leave, and SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit

Liaise with government agencies for surveys and statutory submissions

  1. Work Pass Administration

Manage applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes

Ensure timely submission and compliance with MOM guidelines

  1. HR Operations

Maintain and update employee records in HRIS system

Support onboarding and offboarding processes

Draft HR policies and ensure alignment with company objectives

Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company's values and business goals

  1. Compliance & Reporting

Prepare IR21, IR8A and other annual reports

Respond to MOM and government audits or surveys

Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation

  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding

Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and define role requirements

Liaise with recruitment agencies and platforms to attract top talent

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics

  1. Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations

  2. Oversee the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive and compliant

  3. Lead, manage, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional development

  4. Serve as a strategic business partner, collaborating with department heads to understand their workforce needs and provide tailored HR solutions

  5. Ensure the company's compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

  6. Implement effective HR data management and reporting systems to drive informed decision-making

  7. Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work culture that promotes employee well-being and productivity
