  • Location: Lavender (Walking distance from MRT)
  • Monday-Friday: 9.00 AM - 6.15 PM

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an HR Officer / Executive, you’ll play a key role in the full spectrum of HR operations, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and general HR administration:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Partner with hiring managers and recruitment agencies to source and attract top talent.
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, offers, and onboarding activities.
  • Liaise with institutions and represent the company at career fairs and recruitment drives.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Handle work pass applications and renewals for foreign employees.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, including new hires and leavers.
  • Manage employee timekeeping records, attendance, and overtime data.
  • Support payroll preparation, benefits administration, and leave tracking.

Employee Engagement & Support

  • Conduct new hire orientations and support smooth integration.
  • Manage offboarding processes and clearance for resigned staff.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events and employee engagement initiatives.

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
  • Support any ad hoc HR projects or initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource / Business-related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
