What You’ll Do:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to hiring.
• Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Represent the company in signing labor contracts and ensure proper documentation.
• Conduct new staff orientation and training.
• Ensure HR operations align with Singapore MOM rules and regulations.
• Coordinate employee relations and resolve labor disputes.
• Manage insurance policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin (spoken and written) to handle internal communications and documentation.
• At least 2 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore MOM rules and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to start work on short notice is an advantage.
