A leading automation company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for HR management. Responsibilities include managing recruitment, processing payroll, and facilitating employee onboarding. The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate with a Diploma in HR or related fields and preferable experience in the construction industry. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Your main duties and key responsibilities include but not limited to: -
1) Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, arrange interview and administering offer letter.
2) Assist in processing payroll.
3) Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process such as prepare employment contract, pre-employment medical examination and orientation.
4) Process work pass relate matter such as application, renewal, cancellation, purchase security bond and levy waiver.
5) Update and maintain employee data in the HR system.
6) Coordinate NTS workers on boarding and repatriation – including flight booking and transport between dormitory and airport.
7) Handle errand movement for the worker leaving in dormitory.
8) Track and process staff confirmation letter, extension of probation letter and contract renewals.
9) Assist in organizing company event such as D&D event, Team Bonding & year end celebration.
10) Manage company insurance such as Vehicle Insurance , WICA, H&S claims submission and renewal.
11) Administer training program of the company including courses sourcing, course registration and safety course renewal and maintaining training record.
12) Attend to HR related matters such as prepare employment certificate request by employee.
13) Assist with any ad-hoc projects/ assignments when required.
Job Requirements:
1) Fresh graduate with a Diploma/Poly in Human Resources or Administrative / Business Studies.
2) Preferable 1 - 2 years’ relevant work experience in construction industry.
3) Knowledge in using Infotech System will be an advantage.
4) Familiar with Employment Act and statutory regulations.
5) Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
6) Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
7) Good team player with positive attitude.
