A leading construction joint venture in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage human resource functions and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of local experience, preferably with blue-collar workers. Strong skills in Microsoft Office and problem-solving are required. This position demands a self-motivated and meticulous individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibility:
· Perform Human Resource Functions & Duties and general admin roles
· Process Payroll matters
· Manage company attendance system
· Prepare HR related Letters and documents
· Handle Work pass application, renewal, and cancellation
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 year of Singapore local working experiences in a generalist role
· Preferable with experience handling blue-collar workers
· Self-motivated, meticulous, independent, responsible and able to multi-task in fast pace environment
· Good in Microsoft Office Applications
· Good team work and positive work attitude and take initiative in problem solving
