The Company

Our client, in the Technology consulting industry, is seeking an experienced HR Manager with a specialization in the Technology sector, to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

The Role

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a high level of expertise in HR, exhibit strong decision-making skills, and have a deep understanding of hiring within a technology-driven environment. Responsibilities include:

  1. Supervise the HR department in overseeing all HR functions
  2. Initiate enhancements to HR operations and infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and productivity
  3. Evaluate and implement modifications to the payroll system, including system transitions
  4. Update company policies and employee guidelines to ensure they are current and compliant with labor laws and industry standards
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to manage pay packages for new hires and internal transfers
  6. Manage payroll operations to ensure timely and accurate salary payments
  7. Oversee HR-related documentation, including employment agreements, role changes, and terminations
  8. Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee complaints
  9. Work with leadership to develop strategies for employee retention
  10. Organize company-wide events to foster a positive and cohesive work environment
  11. Lead the annual performance evaluation process
  12. Coordinate with insurance providers for group and medical insurance procurement and renewal
  13. Analyze salary and reward trends to maintain a competitive compensation system
  14. Verify and summarize regional payroll data
  15. Act as the primary contact for miscellaneous projects as needed
Your Profile

You should hold a degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Relevant HR certifications such as IHRP are advantageous. You bring at least 7 years of experience in a similar role. You are people-oriented, results-driven, and skilled at building relationships at all levels. You possess in-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
