As a HR Manager (Talent Acquisition), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Provide leadership, coaching, and performance supervision to ensure team effectiveness.
Collaborate on the development and execution of strategic hiring plans aligned with organizational goals.
Drive efficiency and consistency across all recruitment operations, ensuring high-quality execution of processes.
Continuously monitor and integrate talent acquisition trends and best practices to enhance hiring strategies.
Track, analyze, and report recruitment data to senior leadership, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Cultivate strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including hiring managers, recruitment agencies, and academic institutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role, preferably in healthcare or a related industry
