As a HR Manager (Talent Acquisition), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance supervision to ensure team effectiveness.

• Collaborate on the development and execution of strategic hiring plans aligned with organizational goals.

• Drive efficiency and consistency across all recruitment operations, ensuring high-quality execution of processes.

• Continuously monitor and integrate talent acquisition trends and best practices to enhance hiring strategies.

• Track, analyze, and report recruitment data to senior leadership, providing insights for continuous improvement.

• Cultivate strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including hiring managers, recruitment agencies, and academic institutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role, preferably in healthcare or a related industry
