HR Manager- Talent Acquisition & Client Relations
As an experienced and dynamic HR Manager, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end hiring processes, managing client onboarding for contractual staffing requirements, maintaining a robust talent pipeline with backfills, and ensuring operational excellence. Your strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking ability, and effective English communication will be essential for successful internal and external interactions.Your key responsibilities will include planning and executing recruitment for contractual and project-based roles according to business requirements, maintaining a pool of pre-screened candidates for timely backfills, implementing effective sourcing strategies through various channels, conducting initial screenings, interviews, and coordinating with functional heads for closures.In addition, you will need to identify and approach potential clients for contractual staffing solutions, confidently present company offerings to convert leads into business partnerships, build and maintain long-term client relationships, and deeply understand client requirements to provide best-suited manpower solutions.Managing the recruitment team and field staff effectively, maintaining HR databases, records, attendance, and performance trackers, ensuring proactive fulfillment of backfill requirements, and conducting regular team meetings to align with business goals will also be part of your responsibilities.You will be expected to ensure quality standards in recruitment processes, candidate fitment, and deployment readiness, monitor employee performance, and conduct periodic evaluations for improvement and retention.Key qualifications for this role include proven experience in HR recruitment and client management, especially in the IT contractual staffing industry, strong communication skills with an excellent command over the English language, the ability to build effective relationships with clients and candidates, good understanding of contractual manpower requirements and compliance basics, and the capacity to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience and a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields are required.This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as Provident Fund, a day shift schedule, and performance bonuses.
