About the role

As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy and driving our recruitment efforts.

Your strategic approach will be instrumental in identifying, attracting and hiring top talent to support the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and requirements

  • Leverage various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify top talent

  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit

  • Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition

  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to continuously improve our talent acquisition efforts

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in HR and recruitment

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR Manager - Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role, preferably within the healthcare industry

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders

  • Proficient in using various recruitment tools and technologies to source, screen, and manage candidates

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Thorough understanding of labour laws, employment regulations, and best practices in HR and recruitment

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
