Job description

  • Lead a HR shared service team to provide HR operational support to the group in accordance with our service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • HR operational support covers the employee lifecycle administration after onboarding, specifically contract management services including probation confirmation, employee transfer, conversion of employment contract terms, and retirement and re-employment.
  • Responsible for driving projects that leverages on technology to achieve work efficiency for the department.
  • Manage, coach and develop the team members to enhance their competencies in the handling of daily operations and complex issues, and improve the overall service quality of the team.
  • Ensure work processes are in compliance with HR policies and government regulations
  • Responsible for the design, review and implementation of work process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Actively engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Y
  • Appointed as a key point of liaison for matters relating to service delivery and implementation.

Requirements:
