Responsibilities :
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    1. Serve as a central communication liaison between Global HR leadership, Regional HR leadership, and employees regarding changes;
    2. Develop clear, consistent communication strategies, including email updates, presentations, and training materials;
    3. Monitor diverse feedback from employees and stakeholders to gauge the effectiveness of change efforts;
    4. Ensure that all relevant parties are informed and prepared for upcoming HR-related changes.
  • Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
    1. Lead the development and execution of C&B strategies of Asia Pacific in alignment with global policies;
    2. Conduct benchmarking, salary structuring, and benefits analysis to enhance employee value propositions;
    3. Collaborate with the global team on performance-based reward systems and incentive programs.
  • Training and Development
    1. Coordinate the development and delivery of training programs to support new HR processes, tools, or systems;
    2. Work with HR teams to ensure training is relevant, accessible, and tailored to employee needs;
    3. Track and evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.
  • Process Improvement and Documentation
    1. Assist in documenting new HR processes, policies, and procedures resulting from change initiatives;
    2. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by gathering feedback and making recommendations to enhance future change management efforts.
  • Support Organizational Change
    1. Monitor the progress of change initiatives and report on their status to senior leadership;
    2. Address any challenges or resistance to change by providing guidance and support to impacted employees;
    3. Ensure that HR processes and systems are integrated smoothly during transitions.
  • Metrics and Reporting
    1. Implement HR analytics and metrics to support decision-making and improve HR effectiveness;
    2. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives;
    3. Prepare and present reports on change management progress, challenges, and successes.
  • HR Strategy & Organizational Development
    1. Drive organizational change initiatives, including workforce planning and restructuring;
    2. Partner with leadership to align HR policies and talent strategies with business goals.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance
    1. Develop and maintain employee relations policies in compliance with local labor laws;
    2. Ensure HR policies and procedures align with local regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • HR Operations & Business Partnering
    1. Lead HR process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience;
    2. Work closely with regional and global HR teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery;
    3. Support leadership in talent development, retention strategies, and succession planning.
Requirements :
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in HR Management with preferred exposure to change management, or project coordination (preferably in an HR context)
  • Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with HQ in Japan
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborative team environment, working closely with HR teams, leadership, and cross-functional departments
  • May require occasional business travels
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by Management
