Job description
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Office hours
Basic + AWS + VB
Responsibilities:
- To source and set up an HRMS system.
- Develop new and precise HR policies, strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Consistently recruit excellent staff.
- Train, counsel, and coach our staff.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
- Carry out necessary administrative duties.
- Conduct performance and wage reviews.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Maintain and report on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
- Maintain employee and workplace privacy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
