A leading company in the semiconductor industry is seeking an HR Manager to oversee comprehensive HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business, with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including managerial responsibilities. This role involves ensuring compliance with local laws, driving employee engagement, and managing HR analytics to support business decisions.

Responsibilities
• Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training & development, and performance management.
• Partner with department heads to support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws, and regulatory requirements (e.g. MOM, PDPA).
• Drive employee engagement and well-being programs.
• Manage and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters in a fair and timely manner.
• Handle HR reporting and analytics to support business decisions.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Candidates with experience in Timesoft HR system will have an advantage.
