Job description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training & development, and performance management.

  • Partner with department heads to support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.

  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws, and regulatory requirements (e.g. MOM, PDPA).

  • Drive employee engagement and well-being programs.

  • Manage and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters in a fair and timely manner.

  • Handle HR reporting and analytics to support business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in Manufacturing / Electronics industry

  • Strong background in recruitment, including full end-to-end hiring processes.

  • Hands-on experience with the implementation and compliance of PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act).

  • Experience working with or managing union-related matters, including union appraisals and negotiations.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle employee relations, performance management, and ensure compliance with labour laws.

  • Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently.

  • Candidates with experience in Timesoft HR system will have an advantage.
