A leading company in the manufacturing/electronics sector is seeking an HR Manager competent in overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment and employee relations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive HR experience and a strong understanding of compliance with local laws. This role involves strategic collaboration with department heads and managing workforce dynamics effectively.
Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training & development, and performance management.
Partner with department heads to support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
Ensure compliance with local employment laws, and regulatory requirements (e.g. MOM, PDPA).
Drive employee engagement and well-being programs.
Manage and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters in a fair and timely manner.
Handle HR reporting and analytics to support business decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in Manufacturing / Electronics industry
Strong background in recruitment, including full end-to-end hiring processes.
Hands-on experience with the implementation and compliance of PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act).
Experience working with or managing union-related matters, including union appraisals and negotiations.
Demonstrated ability to handle employee relations, performance management, and ensure compliance with labour laws.
Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently.
Candidates with experience in Timesoft HR system will have an advantage.
