Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years in HR/management operations or related area.
• Alternatively, a 2-year degree in HR/Business Administration with 1 year HR/operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and hiring processes; partner with external sources to attract candidates.
• Administer unemployment claims and benefits; manage related reporting and hearings.
• Coordinate employee development through orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
• Maintain effective employee relations and open communication channels; address issues with management/HR.
• Ensure legal/compliance practices; maintain proper employment records and audits.
