Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet company staffing needs.

  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment plans accordingly.

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Utilize job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies effectively.

  • Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and optimize accordingly.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company hiring policies.

  • Promote employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

  • Lead a team of recruiters or talent acquisition specialists (if applicable).

  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.

Key Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset to assess recruiting metrics and trends.

  • Knowledge of labor legislation and recruitment best practices.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Experience in high-volume hiring (especially in blue-collar).

  • 3–5+ years in HR/recruitment roles, with some managerial experience.
