Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet company staffing needs.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment plans accordingly.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Utilize job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies effectively.
Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and optimize accordingly.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company hiring policies.
Promote employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Lead a team of recruiters or talent acquisition specialists (if applicable).
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
