Job summary

A leading recruitment service firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with local laws. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience and strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Law. Excellent communication skills and hands-on experience in HR practices are essential for this managerial role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment and Industrial Relations Legislation.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and performance management.
  • Partner with department heads for workforce planning and talent management.
  • Manage and resolve employee grievances in a fair and timely manner.

Job Responsiblities

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training & development, and performance management.
  • Partner with department heads to support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws, and regulatory requirements (e.g. MOM, PDPA).
  • Drive employee engagement and well-being programs.
  • Manage and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters in a fair and timely manner.
  • Handle HR reporting and analytics to support business decisions.

J ob Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment and,Industrial Relations Legislation and
  • HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently.
  • Candidates with experience in Timesoft HR system will have an advantage.
