A leading recruitment company is seeking a Regional HR Manager to oversee HR functions for local and foreign workforce management in Singapore and Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll, compliance, and people management within the construction industry, contributing to a team of experts in the field.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years HR experience, ideally in construction.
• Strong background in payroll and performance management.
• Experience in managing HR audits and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle payroll for local operations, approx 50-60 headcounts.
• Manage foreign workforce and work pass compliance.
• Support the HR team, reporting directly to the CFO.

Job description

Location - Central - Tiong Bahru

• 9am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday
• Payroll to be handling mainly local side around 50 -60 headcounts
• Total company headcount 450 pax including msia workers
• Will be supported by team about 3 in SG and 1 in MY supporting
• Prefer candidate from SME
• Reporting to CFO

Key Requirements:

6–10 years HR experience, ideally in construction

Regional HR exposure (SG + MY)

Experience with foreign workforce/work pass management (oversee and check)

Strong payroll, performance management, and compliance background

Experience managing HR audits and statutory compliance
