Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

  2. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.

  3. Performance Management: Manage performance appraisals, feedback, and development plans.

  4. Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, bonuses, and benefits programs.

  5. Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.

  6. Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.

  7. HR Strategy: Align HR initiatives with company goals and objectives.

  8. Reporting: Maintain HR records and generate reports for senior management.

  9. Employee Wellbeing: Implement programs that enhance work-life balance and employee satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related field

  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

  • Experience in recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee relations

  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
