Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Manage performance appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, bonuses, and benefits programs.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- HR Strategy: Align HR initiatives with company goals and objectives.
- Reporting: Maintain HR records and generate reports for senior management.
- Employee Wellbeing: Implement programs that enhance work-life balance and employee satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience in recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee relations
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Team leadership and organizational skills
- Familiar with training & development planning and employee engagement initiatives
