Job summary

A reputable recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Executive. Responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR best practices. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resource Management and over 5 years of HR experience, including supervisory roles. Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  2. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.
  3. Performance Management: Manage performance appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
  4. Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, bonuses, and benefits programs.
  5. Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  6. Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
  7. HR Strategy: Align HR initiatives with company goals and objectives.
  8. Reporting: Maintain HR records and generate reports for senior management.
  9. Employee Wellbeing: Implement programs that enhance work-life balance and employee satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role

  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
