Location: Tampines (Open to travel to different sites as required)

Salary: $6,500 + Transport allowance

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions and take accountability for the department’s overall performance.

  • Lead, guide, and support the HR team in their daily operations.

  • Review compensation and benefits plans to ensure cost-efficiency and market competitiveness for talent retention.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s growth and objectives.

  • Design and drive continuous improvement initiatives in HR processes and performance management systems.

  • Ensure all HR policies are up to date and compliant with local employment laws and regulations.

  • Provide sound advice to stakeholders on employee grievances, conduct, disciplinary matters, and HR best practices.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the logistics or related industry.

  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable with a positive, can-do attitude.

  • Experience with InfoTech HR systems will be an added advantage.
