Job description

Location: Tampines

Working Hour: Mon to Fri, 08.30am to 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions: Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and more.
  • Lead, coach, and support the HR team in their daily operations.
  • Review and enhance compensation and benefits to attract and retain top talent.
  • Drive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Improve processes and systems, including performance management and policy updates.
  • Ensure full compliance with Singapore's employment laws and regulations.
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders on people matters, employee relations, and strategic planning.
  • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support other duties as directed by the General Manager, CEO, or Managing Director

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 7 to 8 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to end-to-end HR operations.
  • Solid knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, hands-on leader with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with InfoTech systems is a plus.
