Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions: Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and more.
- Lead, coach, and support the HR team in their daily operations.
- Review and enhance compensation and benefits to attract and retain top talent.
- Drive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Improve processes and systems, including performance management and policy updates.
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore's employment laws and regulations.
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders on people matters, employee relations, and strategic planning.
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Support other duties as directed by the General Manager, CEO, or Managing Director
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 7 to 8 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to end-to-end HR operations.
- Solid knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, hands-on leader with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is an advantage.
- Familiarity with InfoTech systems is a plus.
