Generalist, HRIS Migration
Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy & Operations
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations for the company, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, payroll, leave, insurance, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Lead HR system transition from Just Login to Infotech, ensuring complete employee onboarding, data accuracy, and process integration.
2. Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process including job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring decisions.
- Conduct comprehensive orientation programs to onboard new hires effectively.
- Ensure smooth exit processes including clearance, exit interviews, and final settlements.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as the key point of contact for employee grievances and inquiries.
- Foster a healthy and inclusive workplace culture through proactive employee engagement and communication.
- Handle disciplinary matters, mediate conflicts, and conduct counseling sessions when necessary.
4. Payroll, Compensation & Benefits
- Ensure timely and accurate bi-monthly payroll processing and CPF submissions.
- Prepare payroll reports, bonus proposals, and coordinate with management on salary adjustments to meet statutory requirements.
- Administer employee benefits, including insurance coverage and claims.
- Coordinate with auditors during payroll and HR-related audits.
5. Performance Management & Development
- Develop and implement KPIs aligned with organizational objectives.
- Support leadership in driving performance-based culture and goal setting.
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to support employee growth and succession planning
6. HR Policies & Compliance
- Review, develop, and update HR policies and the Employee Handbook to ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to all statutory requirements, including submissions to MOM, IRAS (IR8A, IR21), and other government agencies.
- Monitor work pass quotas and manage housing arrangements for foreign workers in compliance with MOM guidelines
