Job summary

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, claims, and appraisals via Infotech.
  • Manage and mentor a team of HR and admin personnel, ensuring effective delegation and team development.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for resolving employee relations issues and worker disputes with a calm, fair, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Structure and manage staff bonuses and incentive plans in alignment with company goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR policies, records, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Support general office administration, including documentation, filing, and procurement if required.
  • Foster a positive and approachable HR environment, building trust with employees across all levels.

Requirements:

  • Min Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 3 years in a HR managerial role.
  • Prior experience using Infotech HRMS is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore’s labor laws and MOM regulations.
