Implement manpower planning and resourcing strategies to hire quality candidates to meet the manpower needs and ensure efficient end-to-end process with on-boarding new hires and exits.
Manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment process.
Partner with HODs to identify business challenges and propose possible solutions.
Provide on-going performance management guidance to HODs and line managers that contribute towards a professionally conducted annual Total Performance Management exercise.
Provide guidance to HODs and staff to deliver accurate and timely answers to staff queries.
Resolve employee relations issues through thorough and objective investigations, where necessary.
Conduct annual manpower and budgeting exercise.
Participate in projects when assigned.
Job Requirements
A good degree, preferably in human resource or business-related field.
At least 8 years of relevant HR working experience. Experience in healthcare will be an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-changing environment.
Good numerical sense, meticulous and a strong problem-solver.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint tools for data analysis, building manpower charts, etc.
