Job Description & Requirements
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee and manage the internal Human Resources function, playing a key role in building a strong organizational culture. You will align HR strategies, structures, systems, and processes with the company’s strategic business goals.
Key responsibilities include managing Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Management, Career Development, and Talent Acquisition. You will lead initiatives such as performance evaluations, salary and bonus reviews and competency assessments, while ensuring HR policies reflect best practices.
This role involves strategic workforce planning, close collaboration with departmental stakeholders to meet recruitment needs, and handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Manage the rewards (compensation & benefits) and performance management portfolios effectively, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness
Perform, provides and present staff performance data analysis to Top management
Coach line managers to relay key performance indicators and performance goals to employees
Collaborate with employees to evaluate organization development and change interventions.
Support succession planning and talent reviews to identify and develop future leader
Advise on sourcing strategies aligned with business needs
Contribute to organizational structure redesign to support strategic goals
Collaborate with managers to forecast skills needs
Promote a strong corporate culture to attract and retain talent
Engage leaders in onboarding and coach employees on career development opportunities.
Develop a plan to improve the productivity of the workforce
Engage senior management to support organisation development and change interventions
Give precedence to critical open positions to be filled in consultation with line managers
Guides the line managers in their understanding and usage of performance management policies and processes
Guides the line managers in the usage of compensation strategies and programmes to attract, motivate and retain workforce
Taking charge of the entire change management process and optimizing it.
Requirements
Minimally a Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Actively engage in HR meetings/sessions and initiatives as required
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
Capable of making sound, timely decisions
Strong appetite and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
Comfortable working in a lean environment, handling administrative routine HR tasks.
