Job Scope:

  • Lead and mentor a small team of 3 HR/Admin Assistants.

  • Personally manage end-to-end payroll for Singapore—accuracy, timeliness, and compliance are your top priorities.

  • Stay ahead of CPF, IRAS, and all statutory filing obligations (e.g. IR8A).

  • Oversee payroll functions in Malaysia; ensure flawless execution and local compliance.

  • Partner with Finance to ensure smooth payroll reconciliation each month.

  • Craft and update HR policies that reflect local legislation and business goals.

  • Be the trusted go-to for HR compliance across both Singapore and Malaysia.

  • Handle employee relations with fairness and consistency.

  • Lead the hiring process—from crafting job ads to welcoming new team members.

  • Create a seamless onboarding experience that sets new hires up for success.

  • Keep the workplace running efficiently—supplies, vendor relationships, and office needs are in your care.

  • Coordinate office moves and maintain an organized, comfortable workspace.

  • Plan team activities and company events that bring everyone together.
    Promote a culture of collaboration, learning, and accountability.

  • Delegate wisely and empower your team to shine.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 5 years of HR and Admin experience, including hands-on payroll.

  • Solid knowledge of Singapore & Malaysia employment laws.

  • Experienced in using Times Payroll and proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • A strong communicator and empathetic leader with sharp attention to detail.
