Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources:

- Administer payroll, benefits, and other employee services.
- Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth business functioning.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and administrative support.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth running of the business.
- Develop and maintain office policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Procurement:
- Oversee procurement processes for beauty supplies, salon equipment, and administrative items.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality.
- Maintain inventory management and track stock levels of products and equipment.
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfil procurement needs in a timely manner.
