An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a team dedicated to enhancing recruitment strategies. In this role, you will manage a team of professionals, develop strategic plans to meet hiring needs, and ensure operational excellence across recruitment processes. You will stay updated on industry trends, analyze recruitment metrics, and foster relationships with various stakeholders. Salary: Up to $7.5k
Job Scope:
Lead and manage a team of 8, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
Co develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to meet the organization's hiring needs.
Ensure operational excellence in all recruitment processes and procedures.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously improving our recruitment strategies.
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Foster relationships with stakeholders (internal and external) including hiring managers, agencies, educational institutes, etc.
Job Requirements:
Min. degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Min. 5-6 years relevant experience in TA
