An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a team of recruiters. This pivotal role involves strategic direction, mentoring, and optimizing recruitment processes to meet high-volume hiring needs. What you'll be doing
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 8 recruiters, providing strategic direction, coaching, and performance management
Co-develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition plans aligned with the organisation’s business objectives
Ensure operational excellence and consistency across all recruitment processes and procedures
Stay current with industry best practices, market trends, and talent acquisition innovations, integrating them into our recruitment strategy
Analyse recruitment metrics and trends to provide insights and regular reports to senior leadership
Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, educational institutions, and other strategic partners
Oversee high-volume recruitment activities, ensuring timely fulfilment of hiring needs with top-quality candidates
Drive continuous improvements in the candidate experience, employer branding, and recruitment marketing initiatives
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
8 - 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar HR leadership role within the healthcare or a related industry
Proven track record in leading, developing, and motivating high-performing recruitment teams
Demonstrated success in managing and fulfilling high-volume recruitment demands
Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, strategies, and current industry trends
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Highly meticulous with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
