Job description

What you'll be doing

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 8 recruiters, providing strategic direction, coaching, and performance management

  • Co-develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition plans aligned with the organisation’s business objectives

  • Ensure operational excellence and consistency across all recruitment processes and procedures

  • Stay current with industry best practices, market trends, and talent acquisition innovations, integrating them into our recruitment strategy

  • Analyse recruitment metrics and trends to provide insights and regular reports to senior leadership

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, educational institutions, and other strategic partners

  • Oversee high-volume recruitment activities, ensuring timely fulfilment of hiring needs with top-quality candidates

  • Drive continuous improvements in the candidate experience, employer branding, and recruitment marketing initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 8 - 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar HR leadership role within the healthcare or a related industry

  • Proven track record in leading, developing, and motivating high-performing recruitment teams

  • Demonstrated success in managing and fulfilling high-volume recruitment demands

  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, strategies, and current industry trends

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

  • Highly meticulous with strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
