HR Manager (healthcare) #HHLT

Salary: up to $6500
Location: Central
Working hours: 5 days office hours

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build relationship with stakeholders through providing strategies and advice.
• Provide professional advice and support on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
• Work with Centre of Excellence and relevant key stakeholders in the delivery of key HR plans, programmes, processes and service.
• Recruit and ensure sufficient manpower for current operations and upcoming growth.
• Work with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance in licensing, accreditation, and other relevant regulations.
• Provide recommendations as needed and support interventions to improve employee engagement.
• Lead and/or participate in projects, events, committees as and when assigned or appointed.
