As a HR Manager (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Advise on manpower planning and retention.
Manage performance reviews and HR calendar.
Drive employee engagement and compliance.
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR system updates.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with healthcare labor laws and accreditation standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and Finance, preferably in the Singapore healthcare sector.
