• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR system updates.

• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare labor laws and accreditation standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and Finance, preferably in the Singapore healthcare sector.
