A leading HR recruitment firm is seeking an HR Manager to manage workforce compliance, payroll, and HR audits in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience and a strong understanding of local employment laws, fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring adherence to regulations.

Full-time - 9am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
Manage foreign workforce matters, including work pass applications, renewals, and compliance with local manpower regulations
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with statutory requirements
Lead and support HR audits, ensuring full compliance with employment legislation, MOM requirements, and internal policies
Monitor and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure fairness, consistency, and compliance
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and HR trends, recommending updates to policies and practices as needed
Prepare and submit required reports to management and relevant authorities on manpower statistics, payroll summaries, and audit findings
Foster a positive workplace culture and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters effectively
Requirements:
6–10 years of HR experience, preferably within the construction industry
