This role is pivotal in partnering with business leaders to attract, retain, and develop talent, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and promoting a positive and high-performing work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders across different business functions.
  • Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design to support business objectives.
  • Champion people strategies that support performance, growth, and cultural alignment.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment efforts for key roles, ensuring quality hires in a competitive talent market.
  • Lead onboarding programs and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Identify training needs and implement talent development programs that build future leaders.Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling.
  • Maintain a fair and inclusive workplace while fostering high levels of morale and retention.
  • Lead performance review processes, goal setting, and calibration cycles.
  • Support implementation of compensation and benefits strategies aligned with market benchmarks and internal equity.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to support decisions around retention, productivity, and engagement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of HR experience, preferably within fintech or financial services industries.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and working in matrix organizations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
