A leading payments platform in Singapore is seeking an HR Manager to oversee all HR functions. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of local labor laws and expertise in talent acquisition, compensation management, and employee relations. About the Company

Responsibilities

You will oversee all HR functions: Talent Acquisition, C&B, L&D, Employee Relations, and HR Admin.

  • Develop and update HR policies in line with labor laws and company values.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and salary benchmarking to stay competitive.
  • Drive the performance management process and support employee growth plans.
  • Lead engagement initiatives (team-building, wellness, social events).
  • Advise leaders on employee relations and disciplinary matters.
  • Prepare HR reports and liaise with government agencies for compliance.

Requirements

You will need min 5+ years in HR function with HR degree preferred with hands-on experience in HR shared services, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, payroll and HR business partnering.

  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws with experience developing and updating HR policies.
  • Skilled in compensation management, benefits administration, and salary benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Track record in driving performance management processes and supporting employee development.
  • Confident advising leaders on employee relations and disciplinary issues in line with best practices.
