Responsibilities:- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training & development, and performance management.
- Partner with department heads to support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws, and regulatory requirements (e.g. MOM, PDPA).
- Drive employee engagement and well-being programs.
- Manage and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters in a fair and timely manner.
- Handle HR reporting and analytics to support business decisions.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:[Must]
- Candidate must have at least a Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- 5 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in Human Resources management within the manufacturing or electronics industry.
- Strong background in recruitment, including full end-to-end hiring processes.
- Hands-on experience with the implementation and compliance of PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act).
- Experience working with or managing union-related matters, including union appraisals and negotiations.
- Demonstrated ability to handle employee relations, performance management, and ensure compliance with labour laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
