A local HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional with 6–10 years of experience, ideally in construction. The role involves handling payroll for a sizable workforce and managing HR audits. Candidates with regional HR exposure in Singapore and Malaysia, alongside foreign workforce management experience, are preferred. The position reports to the CFO and works within a team setting.
Key Requirements:
6–10 years HR experience, ideally in construction
Regional HR exposure (SG + MY)
Experience with foreign workforce/work pass management (oversee and check)
Strong payroll, performance management, and compliance background
Experience managing HR audits and statutory compliance
