Remuneration:
Salary from $6,000 to $7,500, with Variable Bonus

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a committed and experienced HR Manager to lead all human resource functions, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen workforce management. The ideal candidate will oversee WICA claims, government-related claims, and the full spectrum of HR operations to support business needs.
Responsibilities:
WICA and Claims Management:
Manage the submission and timely processing of WICA claims.
Liaise with insurers, legal teams, and authorities on claims resolution.
Maintain accurate workplace injury reports and track claim statuses.
Government Claims & Compliance:
Prepare and submit applications for government grants and schemes, including:
Ensure compliance with MOM, CPF Board, and IRAS regulations.
Keep abreast of manpower-related government policies and initiatives.
HR Operations & Workforce Management:
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and statutory contributions.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
Support performance management, training, and career development programs.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
5–8 years of HR hands-on experience with payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.
Strong knowledge of WICA, MOM regulations, and government grants.
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
HR certifications (e.g., IHRP, SHRM, or equivalent).
Prior experience in the construction or engineering industry is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
