Responsibilities:
Develop and manage fair, competitive salary structures for teaching and non-teaching staff.
Oversee benefits programs, including healthcare, leave, and staff development subsidies.
Ensure compliance with ECDA, MOE, and MOM regulations on pay, CPF, and statutory benefits.
Support annual salary reviews, performance bonus, and payroll accuracy.
Handle compensation benchmarking and market salary surveys.
Communicate total rewards clearly to staff and address related queries.
Maintain accurate HRIS and support audits, claims, and manpower reporting.
Partner with vendors and internal teams on benefits and policy improvements.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in HR or equivalent
Minimum 10 years' experience in HR, and 5 years of leadership
High adaptability, meticulous, able to work in a fast-paced environment
