Job summary

Borr Drilling is seeking an HR Partner with at least 5 years of experience in the oil industry to drive HR strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage compensation frameworks, performance appraisals, and advise senior management, ensuring effective HR practices. They need to demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills, contributing to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Degree and above qualification in business management, HR, or any related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Human Resource Partnering role, preferably from the oil trading industry.
  • Demonstrates strong ability to manage different stakeholders in various cultures.
  • Possess a can-do spirit, positive attitude, and enjoy challenges, with a passion for Human Resources professionalism.

  • Develop and implement a competitive compensation framework, which includes designing of compensation system, salary increments, and bonuses framework.
  • Provide professional advice and support to Senior Management and departmental heads on all HR related matters.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assume HR business partnering role with senior management to achieve effective and efficient HR practices and systems.
  • Be a champion to drive HR initiatives and projects in alignment with organizational mission.
  • Nurture and cultivate a positive working environment.
