Our client is a digitally driven insurance broker and portal. They are looking for a HR Manager to assist their HR team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in Town – easily accessible.

Duties

  • Lead and oversee the HR team , ensuring effective implementation of strategies and reviewing overall performance.
  • Develop and execute HR policies and initiatives that align with business goals and support organizational growth.
  • Manage recruitment, employee relations, and performance systems to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
  • Foster a positive work culture , promoting employee well-being, motivation, and development through training and engagement.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and appraisal systems to drive high performance and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and provide management with HR insights through data and reporting.

Requirements

  • Min Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
  • Min 5 years of experience as HR manager or HR executive
  • Knowledge and experience in HRIS payroll system will be preferred
