Job Description:

  • Work closely with HRD to support on local HR initiatives and projects and manpower planning to drive business performance.
  • HRBP to Units providing HR expertise and advice to stakeholders.
  • Lead HR initiatives programs which deliver workplace efficiency and agility in the workplace.
  • Develop HR strategies and build the capability of the managers to motivate and develop people, and manage all aspects of employee performance to drive a culture of accountability for performance.
  • Support talent acquisition ensuring the right level of resourcing and staffing for units working closely with recruiters (as needed)
  • Support hi-po development planning (to recognize and promote potential), succession planning and employee development across the portfolio;
  • Work with managers on talent retention strategies- to attract, develop and retain the right employees.
  • Provide compensation analysis work to support talent retention and attraction of employees.
  • Collaborate across the broader HR network to collate, analyze, develop, implement and review HR information, policies, programs and strategies to best meet the requirements of the organization based on the 3 year strategic plan.
  • Work to ensure compliance, risk mitigation and effective management of employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws, grievances, performance management, performance improvement process such that possible conflict potential is identified quickly and early and thus possible escalations are ideally avoided in advance.
  • Drive performance review for units, ensuring discussion of strengths/weaknesses including a development plan respectively including training needs of talent in units.
  • Contribute to the strategic and operational direction of the business portfolio, leading process and performance improvement programs aligned with the strategic plans.
  • Actively drive and sponsor workplaceinitiatives aligned with our Diversity and Inclusion programs and suite of initiatives to drive diverse culture, diverse leadership.

REQUIREMENT

  • A successfully completed relevant degree (Human Resources, Business Administration)
  • At least 8 to 10 years of working experience
  • Professional experience in a similar position
  • F&B experience if any
  • Business management thinking, market knowledge
  • Good in execution, results oriented, driven, resourceful and have a change mindset
  • Good critical thinking and analytical skills (excel, analysis skills)
  • Good communication skills
  • Good supervisory skills
