Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in compliance with MOM regulations.
- Oversee day-to-day HR functions, including payroll coordination, leave and attendance management, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Maintain up-to-date HR documentation and ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both local and foreign hires, including job postings, interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
- Liaise with external recruitment agencies and training partners.
- Manage employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally and in line with employment laws.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to boost morale, retention, and company culture.
- Promote a positive work culture through engagement initiatives and communication platforms.
- Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training programs for employees.
- Track and monitor training records and outcomes for audit and compliance.
- Prepare monthly HR reports to Board of Directors.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction or heavy machinery industry.
- Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, Work Pass regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (Info Tech).
