Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and people-oriented HR Manager to lead recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. You will play a critical role in building a productive, mission-driven team and ensuring our people practices are effective, engaging, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Drive end-to-end recruitment: job postings, headhunting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to align role expectations and evaluate candidates based on productivity, capability, and cultural fit.
- Organize university outreach and graduate hiring initiatives.
- Manage assessments and background checks prior to final interviews.
- Ensure a fast and effective recruitment turnaround (within 3 working days from screening to shortlist).
2. Onboarding, Training & Performance Development
- Design and implement comprehensive onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Collaborate with team leads to deliver training aligned with KPIs and role-specific competencies.
- Track probation performance and provide data-driven insights to support employee development.
- Monitor weekly and monthly performance metrics across the company.
- Contribute to recognition programs and performance appraisals.
3. Employee Relations, Ethics & Exit Processes
- Promote a culture of accountability by enforcing regular performance reporting.
- Work with managers on disciplinary cases, ethics compliance, and PIPs where necessary.
- Support employees through coaching or structured improvement plans.
- Oversee respectful, legally compliant exit processes, including interviews and documentation.

- Number of productive staff meeting monthly KPIs
- Time-to-hire per vacancy
- Weekly submission compliance on performance stats
- Number of resolved performance or ethics cases
What You Bring
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR management or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices in Singapore.
- Excellent interpersonal, interviewing, and coaching skills.
- Data-driven mindset and comfort with performance metrics.
