Geniebook, a leader in personalized hybrid education, seeks a fractional HR leader to enhance HR operations and performance management. This hands-on role will involve optimizing systems, ensuring clarity in team expectations, and driving cultural enhancements within a high-trust environment. Offered on a part-time basis, this position demands strategic collaboration with leadership to achieve measurable outcomes over a 6-9 month period.
Location: Singapore (Onsite preferred)
Start: Immediate or June/July
Working Days/Hours: Monday - Friday (10am - 7pm) (2 to 3 Days Per Week)
