Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Drive full-cycle recruiting for all departments; iterate the talent acquisition processes to keep pipelines full and time-to-hire low.
Lead employer-branding initiatives (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, social) that attract mission-aligned talent.
People Operations & HR Strategy
Own HRIS, payroll, benefits, and leave administration; automate and streamline processes wherever possible.
Develop and enforce work policies.
Produce a quarterly HR dashboard covering hiring metrics, retention, diversity, and engagement.
Performance & Rewards
Roll out and maintain our company-wide performance scorecard
Design competitive compensation, commission, and incentive frameworks that scale.
Learning, Development & Culture
Coordinate onboarding that ramps new hires to productivity within two weeks.
Curate continuous-learning programmes aligned with our mission and values.
Drive a positive work culture.
Compliance & Risk Management
Maintain up-to-date employment contracts, freelance agreements, and HR policies.
Advise leadership on MOM, CPF, IRAS regulation changes.
5+ years progressive HR experience; 2+ years in a lead or managerial role, ideally in a fast-scaling SME or startup.
Proven success recruiting at volume and speed (sales-team experience a plus).
Deep working knowledge of Singapore employment law
Strong analytical skills — you make decisions with data, dashboards, and first-principles thinking.
Systems builder who loves SOPs, playbooks, and tech
Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to the CEO and wider team.
Passion for continuous learning and a genuine belief in upskilling professionals through courses.
