Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal, employee relations, and training & development.
- Review, develop, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals and compliance with Singapore labour laws.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process, ensuring effective manpower planning and talent acquisition.
- Drive performance management initiatives, including KPIs, evaluations, and employee engagement strategies.
- Handle disciplinary issues, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution professionally and confidentially.
- Support department heads in workforce planning, organisational development, and employee retention.
- Lead HR reporting, payroll review, and statutory submissions (e.g., CPF, IR8A, MOM submissions).
- Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture and lead initiatives to improve employee morale and productivity.
- Stay updated with changes in employment legislation and ensure timely compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, with min 2 years of leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.
- Hands-on, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.
- Experience in construction industry is an added advantage.
